How long does shipping take?
Pieces ship from Austin within [TODO 5–7] business days of purchase. US delivery is typically [TODO 3–5] business days after that, fully tracked.
Can I return a tapestry?
[TODO] Tapestries are accepted for return within [TODO 14] days of delivery in original condition. Buyer covers return shipping. Made-to-order and one-of-one pieces are final sale once produced.
How do I care for it?
[TODO] Spot clean only with cool water and a mild soap. Avoid direct sunlight for prolonged display. We include a care card with every piece.
Can I commission a custom tapestry?
